By creating an account or using Trabalance, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

2. Service Description

Trabalance provides a cloud-based business management platform including financial management, sales, purchases, operations, people management, and reporting modules. The platform is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Your Data

You retain all rights to your data. We do not claim ownership of any content you create or upload to the platform. You may export your data at any time in standard formats at no additional charge.

4. Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Changes to your plan take effect on the next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future charges but does not provide refunds for the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform lawfully and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

Trabalance is provided as-is. We make reasonable efforts to maintain availability and accuracy but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the current billing period.
