Encryption at rest and in transit
All data is encrypted using industry-standard protocols. Data at rest is protected with AES-256 encryption. Data in transit is secured with TLS 1.2 or higher on every connection.
Role-based access control
Every user sees only what their role allows. Granular permission control per module and per action, view, create, edit, approve, delete. Center-based restrictions where configured.
Immutable audit trail
Every login, change, and approval is recorded permanently. The audit log cannot be edited or deleted by anyone, including administrators. Available for compliance review at any time.
Automated daily backups
Daily backups with point-in-time recovery and thirty-day retention. Multi-tenant architecture ensures each business operates in a fully isolated environment.
